People pleaser. Lives alone, works as a secretary for an insurance company. Loves old movies, quotes them when she gets nervous to cope with social pressures. Alex - 20s- 30s Telephone repair man. Blue Collar gentleman. A little rough around the edges, doesn’t come off as chivalrous at first but it is clear his mother raised him well. Walter - Late 30s- 40s Grace’s boss. Very fond of Grace. A man who has been out of the game too long, or was perhaps never in it . If he wasn’t twice Grace’s age, they might make a handsome couple. Harriet - 30s-40s Grace’s older sister. Breaking free from social norms. Gregor Playwright describes him as a mix between a mad scientist and a vampire. Harriet’s TV evangelist fiancé.
