1) Have your Patron ID ready when you start, it is printed on your original order receipt. If you don't have this Patron ID, you can have it emailed to you later in this process.
2) Click on the "BUY TICKETS NOW" button
3) You will be transfered to the Vendini Site- There will be a list of shows of the season.
Click on the Blue Hyperlink called "ORDER" to the right of the show you wish to attend.
4) The next page will give the list of the dates of the show. Click on the Blue Hyperlink called
"ORDER" to the right of the performance date desired.
5) choose the number of tickets you wish : example 2,3,4, or 5. Click "NEXT"
6) This is the payment information page. You have already purchased your flexpass and are allowed up to 5 tickets per pass. Look at the bottom right of this PAYMENT INFORMATION PAGE. Click on the hyperlink called "I'M REDEEMING BENEFITS"
7) The next page will ask for your Patron ID. If you know this, type it in. If you forgot the Patron ID, (it is at the top of the Flexpass receipt), type your name and email into the box below. Vendini will immediately send you your patron ID. You will have about 5 minutes before this whole process "times out."
8) Your ticket will print out in electronic format like a boarding pass. We will also have a record of your transaction and your request for redemption at the box office.
9) See you at the show!
